**Four Arrested for Threatening Popular Music Group**

In a recent turn of events, four individuals have been arrested in connection with threats made against the well-known musical group, Grupo Firme. This follows the discovery of a threatening message alongside a human head placed on a bridge in Tijuana on February 25. Authorities have charged the suspects with several serious offenses, including homicide and terrorism.

The arrest comes after an extensive investigation led by the State’s Attorney General’s Office. María Elena Andrade Ramírez, the head of the office, confirmed that the individuals were apprehended based on evidence gathered during simultaneous raids on March 21. According to Miguel Ángel Gaxiola Rodríguez, the prosecutor for crimes against life, the investigation involved detailed scrutiny of surveillance footage and images, leading to the identification and subsequent arrest of the suspects.

“The message on the banner explicitly threatened the group’s safety should they perform at the Mazatlán Carnival,” Andrade Ramírez explained. The message ominously stated: “GRUPO FIRME, IF YOU PERFORM IN THE MAZATLÁN CARNIVAL, WE WILL KILL EVERYONE. REMEMBER, YOU LIVE IN TIJUANA.”

Investigators are still working to identify the human remains found with the banner. Preliminary reports suggest the victim might have been a missing person from the nearby Playas de Rosarito area.

The Ministry of Public Security has urged artists and event organizers to take precautionary measures and coordinate closely with authorities to ensure safety and security during public performances. Efforts are being ramped up to tackle the broader issue, aiming to create safer environments for entertainers and their fans.
