**Body Found in Drainage Pipe in Ensenada**

On Monday, September 9, 2024, a human body was discovered inside a drainage pipe in the El Roble neighborhood of Ensenada. The investigation was carried out by the State Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for the Investigation and Prosecution of Forced Disappearance and Forced Disappearance Committed by Individuals.

At around 10:00 AM, authorities initiated a search in a ravine located at the entrance of the neighborhood, a zone characterized by dense vegetation. The investigative team accessed the area through the only available and rugged path. Upon further inspection, they located a plastic pipe approximately 1.60 meters in diameter that is used for rainwater drainage. Inside this pipe, they found human remains.

Homicide investigators and forensic services immediately took control of the scene to collect evidence and begin a formal investigation. The area has been cordoned off to ensure the integrity of the scene.
