### Human Remains Discovered in Ensenada

September 25, 2024, Ensenada – A general search operation conducted by the State Special Prosecutor’s Office for the Investigation and Prosecution of Crimes of Enforced Disappearance and Disappearance Committed by Individuals has led to a grim discovery. Supporting the Missing Persons Search Unit, the team unearthed human remains in the La Bocana area, along a dirt road leading to San José de las Pulgas.

The remains included lower extremities, ribs, and a skull. The authorities have secured the area to continue their investigation. In addition to the skeletal remains, they found clothing items: a short-sleeve shirt with gray stripes, a dark dress shirt, dark denim pants, a black belt, and a black and white sneaker from the Puma brand.

The investigation aims to identify the remains and clarify the circumstances surrounding the disappearance.

So far, Ensenada has reported six homicides in September and 96 in the year 2024.
