### Preventive Detention Ordered for Two Men for Domestic Violence in Ensenada
Authorities have ordered preventive detention for two men accused of domestic violence in Ensenada, according to the Special Prosecutor’s Office for Crimes Against Women on Gender-Based Reasons from the State Attorney General’s Office.
The first suspect, identified as Ernesto “N,” has been charged with repeatedly committing psychological violence against the victim between 2019 and July 10, 2024. His actions reportedly included insults, death threats, home invasions, and public assaults.
The second suspect, named Alejandro Humberto “N,” has been accused of both physical and psychological violence against a woman from early 2020 to December 20, 2022. In one incident, he allegedly pointed a rifle at the victim following an argument.
