**Prepare for the “El Bebé” Fishing Tournament in Rosarito on March 30th**
Anglers, mark your calendars! Rosarito’s much-anticipated “El Bebé” Fishing Tournament is set to take place this Sunday, March 30th, at Playa El Bebé and is expected to draw a significant number of participants from across Baja California and Southern California. Last year’s event attracted nearly 150 fishing enthusiasts, and organizers are hopeful for an even larger turnout this year.
This tournament marks the first round in the Baja California state fishing competition, supported by the local government and organized by the Baja California Fishing Clubs Association. The TJ Fishing Club, with representatives Nemesio Salazar Vázquez and Omar Reyes Moreno, is hosting this event.
Kicking off at 5:00 AM with registration, the tournament officially starts at 7:00 AM. Participants will have until 1:00 PM to weigh their catch, as long as they are in line by then. Categories include children’s, women’s, mojarra, and other species, with raffles and delicious local fish dishes available for attendees.
