## Police Officers Confront Criminal and Discover Cloned FGE Patrol Vehicle

A man was injured by gunfire early Friday morning, August 30, after an altercation with municipal police in the La Gloria neighborhood in Tijuana.

According to sources, at around 4:37 AM, municipal officers were patrolling Miguel Hidalgo Street when they observed a man carrying a firearm. The officers requested backup from their department.

Upon the arrival of additional units, the suspect retreated into a nearby warehouse on the same street and opened fire on the officers. The officers responded, wounding the assailant.

Inside the warehouse, authorities discovered a white Ford F150 pickup truck marked with the economic number 118, suggesting it belonged to the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE). However, the vehicle bore signs of gunfire damage.

A source revealed that the truck had been reported stolen and did not belong to the official fleet of the attorney general’s office.

The suspect was taken into custody and transported to a hospital for medical treatment.
